Black Beauty Grant Programme

Glossier is on a mission to change how the world sees beauty through our Black Beauty Grant Program in the UK.

Created by Black Girl Fest and powered by Glossier, this programme is designed to support UK-based founders to take their business to the next level, gaining expert advice from industry professionals, connecting with experienced founders & receiving a £10,000 grant!

Since 2023, we have awarded a total of £150,000 to 15 beauty businesses and continue to support our alumni network through mentorship, support and network building.
