BGF x Glossier 2025 Grantees Announced
We are thrilled to introduce the BGF x Glossier Black Beauty Grant Programme 2025 grantees!
Glossier is on a mission to change how the world sees beauty, and this year marks a significant milestone as they celebrate five years of the Black Beauty Grant Programme. Since its inception, the programme has been dedicated to supporting Black women founders in the beauty industry, providing them with the resources, mentorship and funding needed to bring their visions to life.
Today, we’re thrilled to continue this legacy by awarding five exceptional Black women-led beauty businesses with £10,000 each in equity-free funding. These five businesses will participate in our 7-week programme designed to equip them with expert-led advice, industry insights and a supportive community to help them launch their next creative project idea!

As we reflect on our ongoing partnership with Glossier, we’re so proud of the community we’ve built and the strides we’ve made towards a more inclusive beauty industry for Black women. We look forward to witnessing the continued growth and success of these remarkable founders.
