BGF Studios presents
A creative programme designed to empower young Black girls through basketball, creativity and community.
PURPOSE
A specific study observed that 89% of basketball court users were teenage boys, while only 10% were teenage girls.
OFF THE COURT
OFF THE COURT is a new two-day creative programme designed to empower young Black girls through basketball, creativity and community.
Created by Black Girl Fest Studios and powered by Jordan Brand, this programme will support 40 young Black girls aged 15-18 to play basketball, make new friends and feel inspired.
🏀 Date: Thursday 7th + Friday 8th August 2025
🏀 Time: 11 am - 5 pm
🏀 Location: Hackney Bridge, E15 2SJ
🏀 Food & travel provided
